Registered Massage Therapy You Can Actually Trust

Weeks of tight shoulders. A pregnancy that's turned every night into a search for a comfortable position. A baby who won't settle no matter what you try. Whatever brought you here, you want to know it's safe and that the person treating you is properly registered, not just someone who took a weekend course. At EPIC Health and Movement, every massage therapist on the team is a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, working alongside EPIC's chiropractors, physiotherapists, and concussion specialists in Credit Valley.

Meet Your Registered Massage Therapists

Your massage is delivered by a Registered Massage Therapist, not a generalist filling a gap in the schedule. Britney Rogers is trained across Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and infant and pregnancy massage, and holds ongoing coursework as a priority so her technique keeps evolving. Tiffany Whittingham, an RMT since early 2025, is a K-Tape Pro-certified therapist who layers kinesiology taping, cupping, and decompression into her sessions, with a particular interest in prenatal care and supporting young athletes back to activity.

  • Registered Massage Therapists, College of Massage Therapists of Ontario
  • Techniques spanning Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, prenatal, infant, and sports massage
  • On-site alongside EPIC's chiropractic, physiotherapy, and concussion care teams for coordinated treatment when you need more than one discipline

Why Choose EPIC Health and Movement for Your Massage Therapy in Brampton?

  • One team, not a referral chain. Your massage therapist works alongside EPIC's chiropractors, physiotherapists, and concussion specialists, so if something bigger than a massage is going on, you're not starting over somewhere else.
  • A session built around you, not a menu. Your therapist decides technique and pressure in the room based on what's actually going on that day, whether that's chronic tension, a pregnancy, or recovery from an injury.
  • A team that keeps learning. Your therapist stays current on technique through ongoing training, not a fixed skill set from years ago.
