Dr. Saakshi Khosla is a chiropractor with a passion for movement, education, and helping others feel their best. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) and holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Biology for Health Sciences and Psychology from the University of Toronto.
Her journey into healthcare began with volunteer work at Brampton Civic Hospital and continued through meaningful community involvement with the Canadian Red Cross and Brampton Library. She also volunteered at the University of Toronto’s Childhood Learning and Developmental Lab, where she contributed to research focused on early child development.
As her academic path progressed, she developed a strong interest in anatomy and human movement. This, combined with a desire to make a direct and lasting impact on people’s lives, led her to pursue a career in chiropractic care.
Dr. Khosla provides a personalized, evidence-based approach that includes acupuncture as part of a comprehensive treatment plan. She focuses on more than symptom relief by working closely with each patient to improve mobility, restore function, and enhance overall quality of life. Her care is tailored to the unique needs and goals of each individual, whether they are recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or striving to feel stronger and more at ease in their body.
Fluent in English and Punjabi, Dr. Khosla is committed to providing accessible and inclusive care to individuals from all backgrounds.
During her clinical internship, she was Dr. Edward Cambridge’s intern at EPIC Health and Movement, where she gained valuable mentorship and hands-on experience in patient care. Outside the clinic, she enjoys hiking, reading, working out, practicing pilates, and spending time with family and friends.
At the heart of her work is a simple mission: to uplift, empower, and help people move through life with greater ease.
