Brennon brings over 15 years of experience in the fitness and health industry to the EPIC Health and Movement team. As the long-time co-owner of TrainMeFit Brampton with his wife, Lindsay, Brennon has built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional coaching, fostering a supportive community, and applying evidence-based principles in biomechanics, nutrition, and lifestyle.
Brennon’s extensive background in rehabilitation and exercise program development allows him to work effectively with a wide range of individuals—from high-level athletes and those returning to sport after injury, to people with special needs and anyone beginning their fitness journey. His personalized and science-driven approach ensures each client receives the tools and confidence they need to move better, feel stronger, and reach their goals safely.
He holds a diploma in Fitness & Health Promotion, has completed McGill Methods 1 and 3 for the low back under Dr. Ed Cambridge, and maintains certifications in CrossFit Level 1 and 2, Nordixx Pole Walking, and Darby Training Systems. Brennon is excited to bring his passion for movement, education, and rehabilitation to the multidisciplinary team at EPIC Health and Movement.
