Pediatric Care
We also care for children of all ages and abilities, from newborns to teenagers. Our services include comprehensive newborn assessments, where we monitor neonatal neurobehaviors and musculoskeletal development, to supporting active teens dealing with growing pains or sports injuries. We are committed to helping your child through all stages of growth, ensuring their health, comfort, and well-being.

We understand the importance of regular milestone assessments in young children, helping to monitor their developmental progress and health growth. Our approach includes posture evaluations, nutritional guidance, and recommendations to enhance athletic performance, all tailored to support your child's optimal growth.

No matter the age or stage, we’re here to help your family thrive with specialized care that evolves with you.

Mom & Baby Health

The Mom and Baby Care division offers specialized services for expectant mothers, new mothers, and their infants. Our team provides prenatal and postnatal care, lactation support, and infant health services. We focus on promoting a healthy pregnancy, smooth delivery, and optimal development for babies. Early assessment of infants allows parents to have a deeper understanding of their baby and enables early identification of any concerns.

Health Baby Check ups

Routine health check-ups for babies are essential for monitoring their overall development and well-being, incorporating both musculoskeletal and neurobehavioral assessments to ensure comprehensive care. During these evaluations, healthcare professionals closely examine the baby's musculoskeletal system to check for any abnormalities in bone structure, joint mobility, and muscle strength. This helps in identifying potential issues early and providing appropriate interventions. Additionally, a neurobehavioral assessment, similar to the Neonatal Behavioral Assessment Scale (NBAS) used at Boston Children’s Hospital, is conducted to observe and evaluate the infant’s behavioral responses, reflexes, and interactions. This assessment provides valuable insights into the baby’s neurological development and helps in identifying any potential developmental concerns. Many caregivers appreciate the insight into the underlying behaviours of the their. Together, these assessments ensure that the baby is developing normally and receiving the necessary support for healthy growth. This assessment in typically done between 1 and 5 weeks old.

Pregnancy Care

We take care of mom so she can take care of ...well everything else!

Chiropractic care during pregnancy offers a natural, evidence-based approach to managing common discomforts like back pain, sciatica, pelvic pain and more. Chiropractic adjustments help relieve pressure on the spine and pelvis and promote better posture, reducing the strain on muscles and ligaments. In addition to chiropractic care, incorporating regular exercise and stretches can further support a healthy pregnancy by improving pelvic stability, reducing stress, and enhancing overall wellness. Consistent chiropractic care, alongside a balanced exercise routine, can contribute to a more comfortable pregnancy and support a smoother labor and delivery process.

Post-partum Care

Postpartum chiropractic care plays a vital role in helping new mothers recover and restore balance to their bodies after childbirth. Chiropractic adjustments can improve posture, relieve tension in the muscles, and decrease pain, which is essential for rebuilding strength and stability. After pregnancy, the body goes through significant changes, and it often takes 2-3 years for a mother’s body to fully recover. Chiropractic care supports the healing process by addressing muscle imbalances, improving mobility, and helping to strengthen core muscles. Why not have some professional support along the way to aid in your recovery and ensure your body feels balanced and strong as you navigate motherhood?
